Adami began his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1986 where he worked on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange. In 1996, he joined Goldman Sachs’ commodity group, J. Aron as a vice president. In 2003, he left Goldman Sachs to become an executive director at CIBC World Markets. Adami frequently speaks at colleges and universities.
