For the 3rd time already, FXStreet will nominate its “Forex Person of the Year”. With this title, we want to highlight the work of a person, a team of people or a project that has positively contributed to make the Forex world better. Our market is big and many professionals work in it… some of them to make the business easier and better for the traders. Our focus has been, as every year, innovation, transparency and quality, and not necessarily going for the most famous names.
We present to you today the 2 finalists on our short list. Next week we will announce who we’ve finally elected for this title.
We would like to thank and congratulate the following people especially for their contribution to the Forex market.
Karin Zalcberg – Karinza
Karinza was established in 2010 by Karin Zalcberg, who has 8 years of building and consulting for call centres, helping to boost sales. Karin’s vast sales experience and knowledge in this sector has given her a top notch name in the industry. Karin has served as VP of Sales for eToro and xForex prior to starting Karinza LTD. Since 2009 Karinza has served over 50 brokers in the FX and Binary Option industry.
Karinza’s business grew by 28% in 2013 and recruited an additional 12 brokers to their respective client list. Ms. Zalcberg is a passionate leader whose energy is able to inspire an entire room, which is evident in the trainings Ms. Zalcberg conducts. Her passion to create transparency and challenge brokers to provide value for their clients is first class and her desire to create a better, safer market for traders is shown in her teaching based on needs based selling for all brokers. Karinza’s main goal is to help brokers to increase transparency with the traders and assist and educate their sales teams to provide the best and most relevant information, and serving the clients best interest while maintaining brand integrity.
Achievements in 2013
Karinza’s main achievement in 2013 was their breakthrough to the Asian and North American market and the broker’s growth into those promising markets going into 2014. Another major achievement for 2013 was the launch of their world class sales manager training for brokers helping build tomorrow leaders within the brokers themselves.
What seduces us in Karinza?
- Its goal to assist the brokers in focusing their sales work on the people (the traders), and not the product: get to know the trader (potential client) and offer him what best suits him/her.
- The adaptation to the local markets: the Forex market is growing in non-occidental markets (particularly Asia) and it’s becoming more and more vital for the brokers to adapt their products and clients services with a local touch.
Here below you have a speech given by Karin Zalcberg at the Macau Expo in March 2013, where she explains her company’s work.
